I also teach children, seniors & seated yoga at centres throughout Essex. and at MAYURA YOGA STUDIO, 196 Eastern Esplanade SS1 3AA on MONDAY at 7.15pm - 8.30pm ( £9.50 drop-in, members free )
Regular 3 hour Yoga workshops £30.
Corporate Yoga days and Events.
Annual Yoga holidays available.
